This food bar is high in omega-3 fats – an essential fatty acid that serves as an anti-inflammatory agent.     By far my favorite flavor, followed by Beet the competition and Sweet Turmeric. These bars are great to take on rides, the packing allows you to open them while riding and eat them at your own pace. Also is good to know that these are made by people that values nutrition and natural ingredients to fuel your training.

    I’ve been enjoying supra bars for 3 years now.
    The Taste, nutritional benefit and the overall benefits of the bars always enhance my workouts and my day!
    The Berry is my personal favorite but i enjoy all 3 flavors.
    I highly recommend Supra Bars as a nutritious mid meal snack and a energy source during a workout, especially those 100 mile rides!!!!!
    Bring on the Peanut Butter Flavor!!!!
